DELIVERY, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your parcel from The Organised Home can be delivered wherever you decide: at home, on holiday or at work. We will be able to deliver to the address you have chosen, in the UK or abroad and for any of the countries listed below.
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of delivery. The despatch note will be sent with the parcel unless the delivery and invoice address are different.
Stock permitting, most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK deliveries: Small parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 days. Larger products will be delivered by courier service. You can choose to be contacted by the courier company within 3-5 days to arrange a delivery date and time. All deliveries of large or bulky items are automatically kerbside deliveries. Should you wish product to be delivered to a flat or into your house, this can be arranged by contacting our Customer Service. This will incur an additional delivery charge.
We are happy to deliver products anywhere you request, those going outside the UK will either calculate a delivery cost at checkout, depending on weight or you may need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a bespoke delivery quote for your order.
Delivery dates and shipment costs are generally communicated whilst placing the order. These will also be confirmed by email after the order has been placed. Within the UK you have the choice of a normal or express delivery. Express Delivery costs are calculated on the country, size, weight and quantity ordered.
If you are not in when courier items are delivered, the driver will put a card though your door. Some couriers will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day and some couriers will request that you phone them to re-arrange another delivery. This will usually incur a further charge.
If one or more items are not in stock when you place your order, the delivery times will be extended as indicated in your shopping bag. Outside the European Union, customs, duties and local taxes will be borne by the recipient.

Order now and we will deliver when the product is available. We will email you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Your account will only be charged when we dispatch the item.
At The Organised Home we want you to be happy with the products you have bought from us. If for any reason you have received a defective item, we will pay return postage. If however, you simply don’t like an item, then you will be responsible for any return postage.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery to discuss a return or exchange. Returned goods must be packed in their original packaging. We cannot refund an item that you have already assembled. The Organised Home may claim refund to the Customer in the case of damaged goods or products that have been used or sent back without reasonable care.
We advise all our Customers to open and check the delivery as soon as it arrives so that we may assist if there is a problem. All damages must be reported by email within 5 days of receipt to:
